Workforce

Workforce is a pilot for a television series filmed in Lansdale, PA. The show is a drama with dark comedic roots that follows a man, Anthony Scolari as he starts a new job at a manufacturing plant desperately in need of new leadership. The pilot was filmed and edited in 2022 and is one of the largest projects we have ever undertaken. It is currently on the global film festival circuit and has currently won 55 awards across multiple categories.

Plot

Anthony Scolari is a man on his last chance. After losing his job, his wife, and dealing with an alcohol problem, Anthony is searching for anything to make him feel whole again. When he is offered a new job managing a manufacturing plant, he thinks his luck has finally turned around. Little does he know he’s in for more than he bargained for.

The plant full of anger and apathy as the employees of Protocol Industries haven’t had a proper captain at the helm in quite some time. But the contentious personalities are just the surface layer of the deeper problems at the plant. On his first week alone, Anthony must navigate the shark infested waters of a combative management team, a union boss hell bent on seeing him fail, and if that weren’t enough, a mysterious death occurs on the job sending Anthony spiraling.
